At the TIDC Annual Meeting, we will host the ASGC Training Session on the afternoon of Jan 7. For more information please visit here. We warmly welcome your participation. 

If you are interested in attending (either in person or online), please complete the TIDC Annual Meeting registration form to assist us with event preparation. Participants who attend only this training session will not be charged a registration fee.

TWD 1,500 (In-person participation)

Please be advised that conference registration fee must be paid in cash at the time of conference check-in. Official receipts will be issued on-site at the conference venue upon payment.

The registration fee does not include accommodation. Once we receive your registration, we will reserve a room based on your stated preferences.

Accommodation

Venue: The Splendor Hotel-Taichung 台中金典酒店
Deadline: December 21, 2025

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants for January 5-7 (two nights). Please reserve your room through the conference registration form. Accommodation fees should be paid directly to the hotel.

Please note that the number of discounted rooms is limited, and reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are a student / assistant, accommodation will be arranged on a shared-room basis (2 students per room). Please provide the name of your preferred roommate in the registration form, or leave it blank to have one assigned by the conference organizers.

  • Superior Room (two single beds ): NT$4,000 per night

Poster Registration

All students are encouraged to present their current research in the poster session.
Posters should be prepared prior to arrival at the conference. We recommend using the A0 portrait format for your poster design.
