The Institute of Physics, Academia Sinic (ASIoP) has collaborated with Taiwan companies and research institutes to design, manufacture and test data-acquisition and optical-readout electronics for various high energy and space experiments. ASIoP has the expertise on testing the radiation hardness of detectors and electronics. The High Precision Machine Shop is also available in ASIoP, which is capable to produce jigs with good precision.
