the First TIDC Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) Workshop
The First Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) Workshop organized by Taiwan Instrumentation and Detector Consortium (TIDC), TIDC EIC Workshop will take place from Aug. 18 to Aug. 19, 2022 at National Cheng Kung University, Tainan. The aims for this workshop are bringing all QCD enthusiasts in Taiwan together and discussing the physics topics and potential detector developments for EIC. We also invite international speakers to share their experience. The topics for the 1st TIDC EIC Workshop are:
- PDFs/TMDs/GPDs for EIC
- CGC for EIC
- What we would like to learn from EIC
- LGAD technology for EIC
- Detector and Physics opportunities for Taiwan EIC team
